Maine sourced Caesar Salad

We are super psyched to introduce a newish menu item—a Maine sourced classic-ish Caesar salad. We start with a pile of local greens sourced from either Emery Farm in Wayne or Springworks Farm in Lisbon and then add a house recipe Caesar dressing made with Maine Coast Sea Vegtables red dulse flakes for that Caesar umami, generally achieved with anchovies. We add shredded asiago from Sonnental Dairy up in Wales and finish with a couple croutons made with bread from a local bakers and lemon from wherever lemons come from. It’s now officially on the menu and works well with the organic chicken or grass fed steak on a hot summer evening. Enjoy!
